At Jacqvierre our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers all over the US, ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed on our site. This can take up to 2 days to process.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This is generally between 7-10 business days. Most orders will arrive before this timeframe.
In total, we will try to have the order delivered within10 business days from the time that the order is placed.
